Born as an entrepreneurial idea, Half Hitch was set to compete in a highly saturated market. In order to stand out and differentiate among established gin brands, a compelling brand proposition and image was needed.
The strategy behind brought to life the heritage and spirit of Camden Town, focusing on the ‘craft and graft’ that goes into making things of best quality possible. The brand essence was beautifully translated into a visual language reflective of heft and machine-age strength, underpinned by the rope that reminds of the moor barges at Camden Lock – a direct link to the name as well.
